A vision without a plan is a daydream. A plan without a vision is drudgery. Your 90-Day Sprint Roadmap connects your long-term coaching practice vision to the specific weekly actions that make it real. This is not about perfection — it is about direction. You can adjust the plan, but you must have a plan.

Begin with your 90-day revenue target. Be specific. Then identify the three metrics that matter most: number of discovery sessions booked, conversion rate from session to client, and average client value. These three numbers determine your revenue. Everything else is a supporting activity.

Work backward from your target. If you want $20,000 in new coaching revenue in 90 days, and your average client pays $3,000, you need approximately 7 new clients. At a 50% conversion rate, you need 14 discovery sessions. At a 20% booking rate from conversations, you need 70 qualified conversations. Now you have real numbers to work toward each week.
