Your Niche Dominance Statement is the single most important sentence in your entire coaching business. It answers three questions in ten seconds or less: Who do you help? What transformation do you create? What makes you different? When crafted correctly, it becomes the filter that attracts ideal clients and repels everyone else.
The formula: I help [specific person] achieve [specific transformation] in [timeframe] through [your unique method] — without [common objection or pain point]. Each element serves a purpose. Specificity in the person creates recognition. Specificity in the transformation creates desire. The timeframe creates urgency. Your method creates differentiation. The 'without' statement eliminates the biggest fear.
Test your statement by sharing it with ten people in your target market. Do their eyes light up with recognition? Do they immediately know someone who needs you? Or do they nod politely and change the subject? The market never lies. Refine until you get the reaction you want.
