Every agency has one primary bottleneck that constrains all growth. It could be lead generation (not enough inquiries), sales conversion (not enough proposals signed), delivery capacity (can't take on more work), pricing (charging too little), positioning (not known for anything specific), or something else entirely. Today you'll identify YOUR bottleneck with absolute clarity.

Key Lesson

Improvements anywhere other than your bottleneck are illusions of progress. If your bottleneck is sales conversion, generating 10x more leads won't grow revenue. If your bottleneck is pricing, signing more clients at low rates will just burn you out faster.
