Option A — The Essential Private
[Description], [Duration], [Inclusions]
Investment: $[Price] for your group
Option B — The Curated Experience (Most Popular)

Template C: Corporate Inquiry
Subject: Team Experience Proposal for [Company Name]
Hi [Name],
Thank you for considering [Company Name] for your team event.
We specialize in creating shared experiences that build genuine connection — the kind that does not happen in a conference room.
For your group of [X] people, I recommend our [Package Name]:
The Experience:
[Detailed description focused on team outcomes, not activities]
The Outcome:
[What their team will gain — stronger bonds, shared memories, renewed energy]
Investment: $[Price] per person (minimum [X] guests)
Includes: [All inclusions]
Duration: [Time]
I have also attached a case study from a similar team who booked this experience with us last quarter.
Are you available for a brief call this week to discuss details? I can work around your schedule.
Best,
[Your Name]
Script 3: Corporate Sales Discovery Call Script
Opening
"Thank you for taking the time to speak with me, [Name]. Before I tell you about what we do, I would love to understand what you are looking for. Can you share a bit about the event you are planning?"
Discovery Questions
"What team events have you done in the past, and how did they go?"
"What is the main outcome you are hoping for — team bonding, celebrating a milestone, entertaining clients?"
"How many people are you planning for?"
"What is your preferred date and time frame?"
"Is there anything that did not work well about past events that you want to avoid this time?"
"Who else needs to approve this decision?"
"What does your budget look like for this type of event?"
Value Bridge
"Based on what you have shared, here is what I think would work perfectly for your team: [recommendation]. The reason I suggest this is because [connect to their specific goals and past experience]."
Next Steps
"I would love to put together a custom proposal for you. I can have that in your inbox within 24 hours. After you review it, would a brief 15-minute call work to answer any questions? I am available [offer 2-3 time slots]."
Script 4: Corporate Proposal Follow-Up Sequence
Follow-Up 1 (Day 2): The Value Add
Subject: [Case study] How [Similar Company] used our experience
Hi [Name],
I wanted to share a quick story. Last quarter, [Similar Company] booked our [Package] for their team of [X]. Here is what their HR director told us afterward:
"[Genuine testimonial quote]"
I thought this might be useful as you consider options for your team. The proposal I sent yesterday is still available, and I have held your preferred date for 48 more hours.
Any questions I can answer?
Best, [Your Name]
Follow-Up 2 (Day 5): The Urgency
Subject: Your preferred date is 60% reserved
Hi [Name],
Quick update: [Month] is our busiest month for corporate events, and your preferred date of [Date] is now 60% reserved across our team.
I can hold your slot through [Day] if you would like more time to decide. After that, I cannot guarantee availability.
Would a brief call help? I am happy to adjust the proposal based on any feedback.
Best, [Your Name]
Follow-Up 3 (Day 10): The Final Check-In
Subject: Checking in — should I release your hold?
Hi [Name],
I wanted to follow up one final time on the proposal I sent for your team experience. I completely understand if timing or budget is not right at the moment.
I will release the date hold on [Date] unless I hear otherwise. No pressure at all — I would rather be honest about availability than have you plan around something uncertain.
If now is not the right time, I would be happy to check in again in [Timeframe] when you are planning your next team event.
Best, [Your Name]
Script 5: Private Tour Consultation Script
Opening
"I am so excited to design something special for your group. To make sure I create the perfect experience, tell me about the occasion and what would make this unforgettable for you."
Discovery Questions
"What brings you to [City]? Is this a special celebration?"
"Who is in your group? Any children, elderly guests, or accessibility needs I should know about?"
"What are you most interested in — food, history, culture, art, or a mix?"
"Are there any must-see places or must-avoid situations?"
"What is your ideal pace — relaxed and leisurely or packed and energetic?"
"Is there a budget range you are comfortable with?"
Closing
"This is going to be incredible. Based on everything you have shared, here is what I am designing for you: [summarize 3-4 key elements]. I will send a detailed proposal within 24 hours with a few options. Once you choose, we will lock in your date and start the countdown to something amazing."
Script 6: Upsell Scripts for Guides
The Tasting Upgrade
"Most tours just do the standard tasting. But since you all seem really engaged, I can ask the winemaker to pull out the reserve collection. These bottles are not on the regular menu — they are what he pours for friends who visit. It would be $[Price] extra per person. Totally optional — the standard tasting is already excellent."
The Photo Package
"We are coming up on what I think is the most photogenic spot on the tour. I have a professional camera with me — if anyone wants, I can take some high-quality photos here and at a few other stops, then send you an edited gallery tonight. It is $[Price] for the whole group, and you will have these memories forever."
The Extension
"I have done this tour over 500 times, and I can tell this group is really into it. If you are up for it, I can add one more stop that most groups do not get to see. It would add about [Time] and $[Price] per person. Your call — the tour is already great as is."
The Product Offer
"The family who runs this shop makes something really special — [product description]. They only sell it here, and our guests always love taking a piece of the experience home. If anyone is interested, I have some available. No pressure at all."
Script 7: Objection Handling Scripts
"It is too expensive."
"I completely understand. Let me ask — when you think about the total cost of your trip, including flights, hotel, and meals, what percentage goes toward the experiences you will actually remember? Our guests consistently tell us this was the highlight of their entire trip. That $[Price] represents [X]% of your total trip cost, but it is the part you will talk about for years. Would it help if I showed you what is actually included?"
"I need to think about it."
"Of course. Can I ask what specifically you are thinking about — is it the timing, the price, or something else about the experience? I want to make sure I have answered all your questions. Also, I should mention that [Date] only has [X] spots left, so if you do decide you want it, I recommend deciding within the next day or two."
"I found a cheaper tour."
"I am not surprised — there are definitely less expensive options in [City]. Here is the difference: [specific differentiator 1], [specific differentiator 2], and [social proof element]. Our guests tell us the difference is worth far more than the price gap. That said, I want you to have an amazing experience regardless of who you choose. If budget is the primary concern, our [Lower Tier Option] gives you the same quality at $[Price]. Would that work better?"
"The date I want is not available."
"I am sorry that date is full. Here is what I can do: I can put you on our waitlist for [Date] in case of cancellation — no obligation. Or, I can offer you [Alternative Date] which has [X] spots open, and here is why that date might actually be better: [specific reason]. Would either of those work for you?"
"Can you match this discount I found?"
"I appreciate you sharing that. Our pricing reflects [specific value elements], and we do not discount because that would mean cutting something from the experience. What I can do is offer you our [Bundle/Add-On/Loyalty Program] which gives you [extra value] at no extra cost when you book direct with us. That way you get more value, not less quality."
Script 8: Review Request Scripts
Guide Script (In-Person)
"I have had such a wonderful time with you all today. If this experience was as special for you as it felt for me, a review on [Platform] would mean the world to us. It helps other travelers discover this experience, and it supports our small team more than you know. I have cards here with a direct link — it takes about 60 seconds. Thank you so much for being an amazing group today."
