Procedure
Step 1: Data Extraction (15 minutes before meeting)
Export job data from CRM for the trailing 4 weeks.
Export financials from QuickBooks for the trailing 4 weeks.
Calculate each of the 12 metrics.

Each metric owner reports number vs. target.
Red metrics discussed with root cause.
Yellow metrics noted for monitoring.
Green metrics celebrated.
One commitment per leader for the week.

Archive monthly for trend analysis.
