1. DISCOVERY CALL SCRIPTS

Script 1.1: Opening & Agenda Setting (First 5 Minutes)

"Hi [Name], it is great to finally connect. I have been looking forward to our conversation.

Here is what I would love to do today: I want to learn about where you are right now with your nutrition and health, what you have tried, what has worked and what has not, and what you ultimately want to achieve. Then, if it makes sense, I can share how I work with clients in situations like yours and we can decide together if it is a good fit. Does that sound good to you?

Perfect. Let us start with this: what made you book this call today? What is the biggest nutrition or health challenge you are facing right now?"

Script 1.2: Deep Discovery Questions

On current eating patterns:

"Walk me through a typical day of eating for you. What does breakfast look like? Lunch? Dinner? What about the moments in between?"

On past attempts:

"What have you already tried to solve this? What worked, even temporarily? What made you stop?"

On deeper motivation:

"You mentioned wanting to [lose weight/feel better/have more energy]. Tell me — why is this important to you right now? What changed?"

On the cost of inaction:

"If nothing changes, where do you see yourself six months from now? How about a year?"

On readiness:

"On a scale of one to ten, how committed are you to making a real change? What would need to happen to make it a ten?"

Script 1.3: The Transition to Presentation

"[Name], thank you for sharing all of that with me. I can hear how much this matters to you, and I genuinely believe I can help.

Based on everything you have told me — the [specific challenge], your goal to [specific goal], and the fact that you have already tried [past attempts] — I think you would be a great fit for my [Program Name] program.

Would it be helpful if I walked you through exactly how it works and what you would get?"

Script 1.4: The Offer Presentation

"Here is what is included in [Program Name]:

You get [X] weeks of personalized nutrition coaching, which includes our weekly private coaching calls where we review your progress, adjust your plan, and work through any challenges. You also get unlimited messaging support through the app — so whenever you have a question, I am there.

Your custom nutrition plan is built specifically for your body, your schedule, and your preferences. No generic meal plans. I also include my complete recipe library, grocery shopping guides, and supplement recommendations based on your specific needs.

Plus, you get access to our private community of clients who are on the same journey — the accountability and support there is incredible.

The total value of everything is [total value], but your investment for the complete program is [price].

I also offer a payment plan of [plan details] if that works better for your budget.

And you are fully protected — if you complete the program and do not see measurable results, I will work with you for an additional 30 days at no charge.

Script 1.5: The Close

"Great — I am excited to work with you. Which payment option works better: the full pay or the payment plan?

[If full pay]: Perfect. I will send you the agreement and payment link right after this call. Once that is complete, we will schedule your onboarding session for this week.

[If payment plan]: Excellent choice. Your first payment of [amount] secures your spot, and the remaining payments are [schedule]. I will send everything over right after our call."


2. OBJECTION HANDLING SCRIPTS

Script 2.1: "I need to think about it"

"I completely understand — this is an important decision. Can I ask what specifically you need to think about? Is it the investment, the timing, or something about the program itself?

[Listen and address the real concern]

I want to respect your process. Would it help if I sent you a summary of everything we discussed, including the details of the program? And when would be a good time for us to reconnect — would tomorrow or the day after work?"

Script 2.2: "It is too expensive"

"I hear you. Investing in your health is a significant decision. Let me ask — compared to what? Many of my clients have already spent two to three times this amount on programs, apps, and supplements that did not produce lasting results.

What is the cost of not solving this? You mentioned [specific pain point] is affecting [specific area of life]. If we fast-forward six months and nothing has changed, what does that cost you — financially, emotionally, physically?

Most of my clients find that the clarity and structure actually save them money on food waste and unnecessary supplements within the first 60 days. And we have the payment plan option to make it more manageable.

What would need to be true for this investment to feel right for you?"

Script 2.3: "I need to talk to my spouse"

"I think that is wonderful that you want to involve your partner — this decision affects both of you. What questions do you think they will have? Let me give you the information they will need.

[Provide key details: program length, total investment, payment options, what is included, guarantee]

Would it help if I jumped on a quick 10-minute call with both of you? I have done this many times and it usually resolves any concerns immediately. When would work for you both?"

Script 2.4: "I do not have time"

"I appreciate your honesty. Let us look at this together — the program requires about two hours per week total. That is one 30-minute coaching call and a few minutes daily for check-ins.

The question is not really about time, is it? It is about priority. If you had a medical emergency, you would find the time. This is your health — and you told me this is a [X out of 10] priority for you.

Here is what my busiest clients tell me: having a structured plan actually creates more time because they are not constantly thinking about what to eat, feeling guilty, or starting over every Monday.

What would need to change in your schedule to make two hours a week possible?"

Script 2.5: "I have tried everything and nothing works"

"I believe you. And I am sorry you have had that experience. The nutrition industry has failed a lot of people.

Can I ask — of everything you tried, what was missing? Was it personalization? Accountability? A focus on your psychology around food? Sustainable habits rather than short-term restriction?

Here is what makes this different: [specific differentiation based on your methodology]. We are not doing another diet. We are rebuilding your relationship with food and your body from the ground up, based on your unique biology, lifestyle, and goals.

What would need to happen for you to believe this time could be different?"


3. FOLLOW-UP SCRIPTS

Script 3.1: 2-Hour Post-Call Follow-Up

Subject: Great speaking with you, [Name]

Hi [Name],

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. I really enjoyed learning about your goals and your journey so far.

As promised, here is the summary of [Program Name]:

[Include program details, pricing, payment options, guarantee]

I have held your spot for now, but I do need to confirm enrollment by [date] as I am filling the remaining spots for [month].

If you have any questions at all, just reply to this email or text me at [number]. I am here to help.

Script 4.1: After a Client Win

Script 4.2: Program Completion

As you know, my practice grows primarily through word-of-mouth from clients like you. If you know anyone who could benefit from this kind of transformation, would you be willing to share your experience with them?

Script 4.3: In Writing (Email/Text)

"Hi [Name],

Script 6.3: To Wellness Brands

Script 7.1: Welcome Email (Sent Immediately After Enrollment)
