Pitch Script 1: The Diagnostic Pitch (Primary)
Timing: After service is complete, during rebooking conversation.

Our Signature Membership is $79 per month and includes your Signature service, 15% off all retail, complimentary add-ons, and first access to my calendar. Based on your current visits, you would save $[calculate: current monthly spend minus membership price] per month.

Pitch Script 2: The Comparison Pitch
"Let me show you the math. Your Signature gel manicure is $58 per visit, and you come in about 1.3 times per month. That is about $75 per month. Our Signature Membership is $79 per month and includes your Signature service, 15% off all retail, priority booking, and a complimentary birthday upgrade.
For essentially the same amount you are already spending, you get a lot more value. Should we make the switch?"
Pitch Script 3: The VIP Framing Pitch
"I want to invite you to something special. I have created a membership for my most valued clients — the ones I see regularly and who trust me with their nails. It is $79 per month, and it includes your monthly Signature service, 15% off everything in the salon, and priority booking so you never have to fight for weekend spots.
It is only available to clients I personally invite, and I thought of you immediately. Should I enroll you?"
Pitch Script 4: For the Hesitant Client
"I understand — it is a commitment. Here is what I will do: I will give you a complimentary trial month. Pay for today's service, and I will enroll you in the membership for next month at no charge. If you love the benefits, we continue. If not, no pressure — you can cancel anytime. But I think you are going to love the priority booking alone."
Pitch Script 5: The Downsell (If Signature Is Too Much)
"I hear you — $79 is an investment. We also have an Essential Membership at $49 per month. It includes one Essential manicure, 10% off retail, and member pricing on all upgrades. That might be a better starting point. Should we try that?"
Pitch Script 6: The Upsell (If Client Wants More)
"You know what might be even better for you? Our Premium Membership at $129 per month. It includes TWO Signature services — that covers your manicures and pedicures — plus 20% off retail, a guest pass every month so you can bring a friend at your rate, and complimentary add-ons on every visit. For someone who gets multiple services, it is an incredible value. Should we look at that?"
Handling Membership Objections
"What if I do not use it every month?"
"Unused services roll over for 60 days, so you never lose them. And if you need to pause for vacation or any reason, just give us 7 days notice. We have made it as flexible as possible."
"Can I cancel anytime?"
"Absolutely. There is no contract, no commitment, no penalty. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice. But honestly, most members stay because the value is so clear."
"I do not want to be locked in."
"I completely understand. That is why there is no lock-in. It is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Think of it as a VIP pass, not a contract."
"Let me think about it."
"Of course. Here is what I will do: I will send you a text with the membership details so you have everything in one place. And if you decide within the next 48 hours, I will waive the first month's enrollment fee (if applicable). No pressure at all — I just want you to have all the information."
Membership Enrollment Follow-Up
Confirmation Text (sent immediately after enrollment):
