- Commission cost as % of room revenue
- Phone/walk-in percentage
Revenue Metrics
- Total room revenue
- Ancillary revenue (F&B, spa, parking, etc.)
- TRevPAR
- GOPPAR
Guest Metrics
- Average review score (Google + TripAdvisor)
- New vs. repeat guest percentage
- Net Promoter Score (if measured)
- Complaint count and category
Marketing Metrics
- Website visitors
- Booking engine conversion rate
- Cost per booking by channel
- Email open and click rates
