1. Sales Scripts

Script 1: Consultative Supplement Recommendation (Live Chat/Phone)

Purpose: Guide a prospect to the right product through questions

Opening: "I'd love to help you find the right formula. To point you in the right direction, can you share what you're hoping to address?"

Discovery Questions:

"What have you already tried, and what was your experience?"

"Are you looking for something for daily support or a specific concern?"

"Do you have any dietary restrictions or allergies I should know about?"

"Are you currently taking any medications or other supplements?"

Recommendation: "Based on what you've shared, I'd recommend [Product]. Here's why it addresses what you described: [specific benefit mapping]."

Risk Reversal: "And if you don't feel a difference within 30 days, our team will make it right with a full refund — no return needed."

Close: "Would you like me to set you up with the starter supply, or would the subscription with 20% savings work better for you?"

Script 2: Subscription Upgrade Conversation

Purpose: Convert one-time buyers to subscribers

Context: Post-purchase email or customer service interaction

Opening: "I noticed you picked up [Product] — great choice. I wanted to reach out personally because most customers who see the best results are the ones who take it consistently for 60-90 days."

Value Build: "The reason is [mechanism explanation in simple terms]. One bottle gives you a great start, but the real benefits compound over time."

Offer: "Because you just purchased, I can offer you our subscriber rate even on this first order — 20% off ongoing deliveries, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account. No phone calls, no hassle."

Objection: "I'm not sure I want to commit"

"Totally understand. The commitment is to yourself, not to us. If you ever want to pause — vacation, want to try something else, whatever — one click in your account does it. Most people find it's actually easier than remembering to reorder."

Objection: "I'll just reorder when I run out"

"That's what most people plan, but our data shows about 40% of one-time buyers never get around to reordering. Life gets busy. The subscription makes sure you don't have a gap in your routine."

Script 3: Retail Buyer Pitch (Phone)

Purpose: Secure initial conversation with retail buyer

Opening: "Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Brand]. We make a [category] supplement that's currently the [ranking] best-seller on Amazon in [subcategory] and has a [rating] rating from [number] verified customers. I'm calling because I think it would perform well in your [specific department]. Do you have 90 seconds?"

Value Proposition: "Here's what makes it different: [unique mechanism]. We've generated $[amount] in DTC sales in [timeframe] with a [return rate]% return rate and [repeat purchase rate]% repeat purchase rate. Your customers are already looking for this — we see [location] in our top search regions."

Ask: "I'd love to send you a sample pack with our sell sheet and some customer data. Would that be useful?"

Close: "I'll get that out this week. Can I follow up next Wednesday to get your initial impressions?"

2. Customer Service Scripts

Script 4: Product Effectiveness Concern

Customer: "I've been taking this for 2 weeks and don't feel any different."

Response: "Thank you for sharing that with me — I want to make sure you get the results you're looking for. A couple of questions: Are you taking it consistently at the same time each day? And are you taking it [with food/empty stomach] as recommended?

Some customers do need the full 30 days to notice changes, especially with [ingredient category]. That said, if you reach day 30 and still don't feel a difference, our guarantee means you'll get a full refund with no product return needed. Would it be okay if I check in with you in another 2 weeks?"

Script 5: Subscription Cancellation Request

Customer: "I want to cancel my subscription."

Response: "I'm sorry to hear that. I'll take care of that for you right away. To make sure we're improving, can I ask what led to your decision? [Price / Too much product / Didn't work / Other]

If price: "I completely understand. Would a temporary discount help, or would switching to every-other-month delivery work better for your budget?"

If too much product: "That makes sense. Most people don't realize you can switch to bi-monthly delivery — you'd get one box every 2 months instead. Want me to set that up?"

If didn't work: "I appreciate you giving it a try. As part of our guarantee, you're eligible for a full refund on your last shipment. I'll process both the cancellation and the refund now."

If other: "Thank you for letting me know. I'll process the cancellation now. The door is always open if you want to return — just reach out or reactivate through your account."

Script 6: Shipping Delay Response

Customer: "Where is my order? It's been [X] days."

Response: "I sincerely apologize for the delay. Let me look into this right now. [Check tracking]. Here's what I see: [status]. [If stuck] I'm going to escalate this with our carrier immediately. [If lost] I'm sending a replacement today at no charge with expedited shipping. [If delayed] The tracking shows it will arrive by [date]. I've added a [discount code/free product] to your account for the inconvenience. You'll receive [X] off your next order."

7. Video Ad Scripts

Script 12: UGC-Style Product Story (30 seconds)

[0-3s] Hook: "Okay, real talk. I was spending $200 a month on supplements that weren't doing anything."

[3-8s] Problem: "I'd take like 12 pills a day, feel no different, and wonder if it was all placebo."

[8-15s] Discovery: "Then I found [Brand]. They actually show you the clinical studies behind every ingredient."

[15-22s] Proof: "I've been taking [Product] for 6 weeks now, and [specific felt experience]."

[22-27s] Callout: "Plus, it's third-party tested, so you know what's on the label is actually in the bottle."

[27-30s] CTA: "Link's in my bio. They have a 60-day guarantee, so honestly, what do you have to lose?"

Script 13: Founder Story (60 seconds)

[0-5s] Hook: "I started this company because I got tired of being lied to about supplements."

[5-15s] Origin: "I was a [background] who couldn't find a [product category] that [problem]. Everything was either loaded with fillers, underdosed, or making claims with zero evidence."

[15-30s] Creation: "So I spent 18 months working with [experts] to create something I actually wanted to take. Something with research-backed ingredients at clinical doses. No proprietary blends, no artificial fillers, no BS."

[30-45s] Proof: "We launched [timeframe] ago. Since then, [social proof metrics]. But the number I'm most proud of is our [return rate]% — because it means people are actually getting results."

[45-55s] Mission: "This industry needs transparency. Every batch we make is third-party tested, and we publish the results. You deserve to know exactly what you're putting in your body."

[55-60s] CTA: "Try [Product] risk-free for 60 days. If you don't feel the difference, it's free. Link below."

Script 14: Ingredient Education (45 seconds)

[0-5s] Hook: "Let me explain why your magnesium supplement probably isn't working."

[5-15s] Education: "Most supplements use magnesium oxide, which your body only absorbs at about 4%. The rest? You're literally flushing it down the toilet."

[15-25s] Solution: "We use magnesium glycinate, which has a 90%+ absorption rate. It's chelated, meaning it's bound to an amino acid your body recognizes and absorbs efficiently."

[25-35s] Benefit: "That means you're actually getting the 400mg on the label into your system, where it can support relaxation, sleep quality, and muscle recovery."

[35-40s] Proof: "We third-party test every batch to verify the magnesium content. The results are published on our site."
