1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Company agrees to provide garage door services as described in the attached proposal (Proposal #[Number]), including but not limited to:
Diagnostic inspection and assessment
Repair, replacement, or installation of garage door components
Opener repair, replacement, or installation
Safety system testing and calibration
Cleanup and disposal of old materials
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

50% deposit upon authorization (for jobs over $1,000)
50% balance upon completion and customer approval

3. WARRANTIES

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide safe access to work area
Secure pets and children during service
Remove vehicles and valuables from garage if requested
Notify Company of any hazardous conditions (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
5. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrive within scheduled window (or notify customer of delays)
Perform work in professional, safe manner
Protect customer property with drop cloths and care
Clean work area before departure
Provide written documentation of work performed and warranties
6. CHANGE ORDERS
Any work beyond the scope of the attached proposal requires a written change order signed by both parties before commencement.
7. CANCELLATION
Customer may cancel within 3 business days of signing with full refund of deposit. After 3 days, deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future service within 90 days.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company's liability is limited to the contract price. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customer's sole remedy for breach is repair or refund.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to mediation. If mediation fails, binding arbitration in [County, State].
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement, together with the attached proposal, constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
