1. Enrollment Consultation Script

Opening (2 minutes)

"Hi [Name], thank you so much for taking the time to chat with me today. I have had a chance to look at your inquiry, and I am really excited to learn more about what you are hoping to achieve. Before I tell you about our program, I would love to understand your situation better. Is that okay?"

Discovery Questions (15 minutes)

Understanding Their Current Situation:

"Tell me a little bit about where you are right now — what do you do currently, and what made you start exploring certification?"

"What is your background with fitness? Is this something you have been passionate about for a while, or is it a newer interest?"

Understanding Their Goals:

"If we fast-forward 12 months from now, what does your ideal fitness career look like? Are you working at a gym, building your own client base, or something else?"

"What does success look like for you after completing a certification program?"

Understanding Timeline:

"How soon are you hoping to make this transition? Are you looking to start within the next month, or are you still in the research phase?"

"Is there anything driving your timeline — a specific event, a job situation, or a personal goal?"

Understanding Concerns:

"What is your biggest concern or question about enrolling in a certification program?"

"Have you looked at other programs? If so, what did you like or not like about what you found?"

Education Phase (10 minutes)

"Based on what you have shared, I think our [Core Certification Name] could be a really strong fit for you. Here is why:

[Connect their specific situation to program features.]

Our program is different from most certifications in three key ways:

First, we are built around outcomes, not just content. Our goal is not just to teach you exercise science — it is to get you employed as a trainer. That is why 78% of our graduates are working in the field within 60 days.

Second, we combine online learning with intensive hands-on practice. You will complete the theory modules on your own schedule, then join us for live weekends where you actually practice coaching, assessing, and programming with real clients under supervision.

Third, we do not just hand you a certificate and wish you luck. We provide job placement support, resume coaching, direct introductions to our partner facilities, and ongoing mentorship through your first year.

Does that align with what you are looking for?"

Program Recommendation (5 minutes)

"Based on what you shared, here is what I recommend:

[Specific program tier, payment plan option, and next cohort date.]

The [next cohort] begins on [date]. Enrollment closes [X weeks] before that, which is [date]. We cap each cohort at 25 students, and right now we have [number] seats remaining.

I can send you the enrollment link right after this call, and if you enroll by [early-bird date], you will save $500 with our early-bird pricing."

Closing & Next Steps (3 minutes)

"What questions do you have before we get you enrolled?"

[Handle objections using scripts in Section 10.]

"Perfect. I am going to send you three things in the next 10 minutes:

1

Your personalized enrollment link

2

A detailed program guide PDF

3

A calendar invite for our next info session if you want to experience the community before enrolling

I will also follow up with you on [specific day] to see if you have any questions. Does that work?"

2. Inquiry Response Phone Script

Immediate Response (within 5 minutes of inquiry)

"Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Program Name]. I wanted to personally reach out because I just saw your inquiry about our certification program. I know deciding to pursue certification is a big step, and I would love to answer any questions you have. Do you have a quick 2 minutes right now, or would it be better if I called back at a specific time?"

If They Have Time Now:

"Great! I will keep this brief. I saw you were interested in our [program type]. Can I ask what drew you to our program specifically, and what your goals are?"

[Listen. Take notes. Connect their situation to program value.]

"That is really helpful context. Based on what you shared, I think the best next step is to schedule a 30-minute consultation where I can walk you through the full program, answer your specific questions, and help you figure out if this is the right fit. I have availability [offer 2-3 specific times]. Does any of those work for you?"

If They Want a Callback:

"No problem at all. What time works best for you? I want to make sure I reach you when it is convenient."

[Schedule specific callback time. Send calendar confirmation immediately.]

"Perfect, I have you down for [day and time]. I will also send you a quick email with some information you can look through before we chat. Talk to you then!"

3. Follow-Up Call Script

For Prospects Who Attended Consultation but Have Not Enrolled

"Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Program Name]. I am following up on the consultation we had [timeframe]. I know you were considering the [cohort name], and I wanted to check in — how are you feeling about everything?"

If they are still deciding:

"I completely understand — it is a significant investment, and I want you to feel 100% confident. What is the biggest question or concern on your mind right now?"

[Listen. Address concerns.]

"That makes total sense. Here is what I would suggest: let me send you [specific resource — a graduate testimonial video, a placement report, a payment plan breakdown]. Would that be helpful? And can I check back with you on [specific date] to see where you are at?"

If they are not ready for this cohort:

"No problem at all — timing is everything. Can I ask, is it a matter of finances, schedule, or something else?"

[Listen. If finances, introduce payment plans. If schedule, tell them about future cohorts.]

"I will add you to our early notification list for the [next cohort]. In the meantime, I will send you some content that I think you will find valuable — is that okay?"

4. Workshop to Enrollment Script

Workshop Closing Circle (Last 15 minutes)

"Before we wrap up today, I want to acknowledge how much you all accomplished in just one day. You learned [specific skills]. That is real, tangible progress.

And here is the thing: what you experienced today is just the beginning. Today we covered about 5% of what our full certification program includes. Imagine what you will be capable of after 16 weeks of this level of training.

Our next [Core Certification] cohort begins on [date]. Everyone who attended this workshop receives an exclusive alumni discount of [amount] — that is only available to workshop participants and expires on [date].

I am going to personally follow up with each of you this week to see if you have questions about the full program. If you already know this is the right next step, you can enroll today with your workshop code and lock in your discount.

Thank you all for spending your [day] with us. It is clear that you take this seriously, and I would be honored to continue training with you."

Workshop Follow-Up Call (48 hours later)

"Hi [Name], it is [Your Name] from [Program]. I wanted to personally follow up after the workshop you attended on [day]. How are you feeling after the weekend? Did you get a chance to try any of the techniques we covered with your own training?"

[Listen for enthusiasm and engagement.]

"I loved having you in the workshop, and based on how engaged you were, I think you would really thrive in the full certification program. I know we talked about the discount — that expires on [date], which is [timeframe] away. Do you have any questions I can answer to help you decide?"

[Handle objections. Guide toward enrollment.]

5. Gym Partnership Outreach Script

Cold Email Template

Subject: Helping [Gym Name] solve the trainer staffing challenge

Hi [Gym Manager Name],

I am [Your Name], founder of [Program Name], the region's leading certification program for personal trainers. I have been following [Gym Name] for a while and have been impressed by [specific compliment — facility, reviews, community presence].

I am reaching out because I know that finding and retaining qualified trainers is one of the biggest challenges gym managers face. Our certification program produces job-ready trainers who graduate with hands-on experience, and we have active placement partnerships with 40+ facilities in the area.

I would love to explore whether a partnership between [Program Name] and [Gym Name] could help you build a pipeline of pre-qualified trainers while generating additional revenue for your facility.

Would you be open to a 15-minute conversation next week? I will make it worth your time.

Best,

[Your Name]

[Program Name]

[Phone] | [Email]

Partnership Discovery Call Script

"Hi [Name], thank you for taking this call. I promised to make this worth your time, so I will keep it focused. Can I ask — what is your biggest challenge when it comes to staffing trainers right now?"

[Listen. Take notes.]

"That is exactly what I hear from almost every gym manager I speak with. Here is what we have built: a certification program that does not just teach theory — it produces trainers who have already worked with real clients under supervision before they ever step onto your floor.

Here is what a partnership looks like for you:

We refer our graduates to you first for job openings

We promote your facility to our students as a premier training destination

You earn a referral commission for every person you send our way who enrolls

We can provide ongoing continuing education for your existing staff at partner rates

The gyms we partner with tell us that our graduates are ready to contribute on day one, not three months from now. Does that sound like it could address the staffing challenges you described?"

6. Corporate Wellness Discovery Call Script

Opening

"Hi [Name], thank you for making time for this call. I know you are busy, so I will be direct. I am [Your Name] from [Program Name], and we specialize in corporate wellness training programs that produce measurable outcomes — not just feel-good activities.

Before I tell you about what we do, I would love to understand your current situation. Can you tell me a little about what wellness initiatives [Company Name] has in place today, and what is working or not working?"

Discovery Questions

"What prompted you to explore wellness programming? Was there a specific event or trend that brought this to your attention?"

"How do you currently measure the success of wellness initiatives?"

"What is your biggest frustration with wellness programs you have tried or evaluated?"

"If you could wave a magic wand and have the perfect wellness program, what would it look like?"

"Who else is involved in this decision, and what are they most concerned about?"

"What does your timeline look like for implementing something?"

Value Presentation

"Based on what you have shared, it sounds like [summarize their key challenges]. We have worked with companies in similar situations, and here is what we typically see:

Companies that implement our comprehensive wellness training program see three key outcomes within the first 12 months:

1

Reduced healthcare claims — an average 12% decrease in preventable health claims, which typically translates to [calculate based on their employee count] in annual savings.

2

Lower absenteeism — physically active employees take 27% fewer sick days. At your headcount, that is roughly [calculate] fewer lost workdays per year.

3

Improved retention — employees who participate in wellness programs are 38% more likely to stay with their employer. Given your replacement costs, that retention improvement alone is worth [estimate].

The investment for a program of this scope would be [price range]. Based on the savings you would generate, most of our corporate clients see full ROI within 8-10 months.

Does that sound like the kind of outcome that would justify moving forward?"

Next Steps

"I would love to put together a formal proposal that outlines exactly what a program would look like for [Company Name], including the specific outcomes you can expect and the investment required. To do that well, would it be possible for me to [request facility tour / additional stakeholder meeting / employee survey data]?

I can have a proposal to you by [date]. Should we schedule a time to review it together?"

7. Corporate Proposal Presentation Script

Opening (2 minutes)

"Thank you all for being here today. I appreciate that you are taking time from busy schedules to explore this opportunity. I promise to make the next 30 minutes valuable.

Before I jump into the proposal, I want to remind us why we are here. [Name], you shared three goals with me during our discovery call: [list their specific goals — reduce healthcare costs, improve engagement, reduce burnout, etc.]. Everything I am about to show you is designed to deliver on those three goals specifically."

The Problem (3 minutes)

"Let me start with some context. [Company Name] has [X] employees. Based on industry benchmarks, [X]% of them are likely experiencing [specific wellness challenge — stress, sedentary lifestyle, burnout]. This translates to [specific cost — sick days, turnover, healthcare claims] of roughly $[amount] annually.

The challenge most companies face is that traditional wellness programs — gym memberships, step challenges, lunch-and-learns — do not produce lasting behavior change because they lack structure, accountability, and expertise."

The Solution (10 minutes)

"Our [Program Name] Corporate Wellness Training Program is different because it is built on three principles:

Principle 1: Evidence-Based Programming. Every session is designed by certified exercise physiologists and behavior change specialists. This is not generic fitness advice — this is professional-grade wellness education.

Principle 2: Measurable Outcomes. We track everything: participation rates, biometric improvements, satisfaction scores, and behavioral changes. You will know exactly what you are getting for your investment.

Principle 3: Sustainable Change. Through our train-the-trainer component, we build internal wellness champions who can sustain programming long after our initial engagement.

Here is exactly what the program includes: [walk through program components, schedule, and deliverables]."

The Investment (3 minutes)

"The total investment for this 12-month program is $[amount]. Let me put that in context:

That is $[amount] per employee per month

Based on the healthcare savings we project, you will see full ROI by month [X]

Over three years, the net value created is approximately $[amount]

We structure payment as [payment terms]. And we are confident enough in our program that we offer [guarantee terms]."

The Next Step (2 minutes)

"I know this is a significant decision, and I want you to have time to discuss it. Here is what I recommend as a next step:

Let us run a 90-day pilot with [specific department] at [reduced investment]. At the end of the pilot, we will review the data together. If the results meet or exceed what I have outlined, we will discuss a full company rollout. If they do not, we part as friends and you keep the data.

Does that feel like a reasonable way to evaluate whether this is the right fit for [Company Name]?"

8. CEU Membership Renewal Call Script

Opening

"Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Program Name]. I am calling because your CEU membership is set to renew on [date], and I wanted to personally reach out and say thank you for being such a valued member of our community.

Before we process your renewal, I wanted to check in — how has your experience been this year?"

If Positive Feedback:

"That is wonderful to hear. I love knowing that the workshops have been valuable for you. Let me share something exciting: we have an incredible lineup for next year, including [highlight 2-3 upcoming workshops or events].

Your renewal is $[amount] for the year. I can process that right now over the phone, or I can send you a link if you prefer to handle it online. Which works better for you?"

If Hesitant:

"I appreciate your honesty. Can I ask what is giving you pause?"

[Listen. Common concerns: cost, not attending enough workshops, considering other options.]

If cost: "I completely understand. Let me tell you about what is included in next year's membership, and then I will share a renewal option that might work better for your budget."

If low usage: "That is fair feedback. Here is what I would suggest — let me send you a preview of next year's workshop calendar. I think you will find [specific workshops] that align perfectly with what you are focused on right now. And if you attend just [X] workshops, your membership pays for itself."

If considering leaving: "I am sorry to hear that. Before you make a final decision, would you be open to me sharing what some of our long-term members say changed their practice? I would hate for you to miss out on [specific benefit]. And as a retention offer, I can extend a [discount percentage] loyalty discount if you renew today."

9. Graduate Referral Request Script

In-Person at Graduation

"[Name], I want you to know how proud we are of what you have accomplished. You came into this program [reference their starting point], and now you are [reference their achievement].

As you head into your career, I have one favor to ask. You probably know people who are where you were [X months] ago — curious about fitness, maybe unhappy in their current job, wondering if they could make this transition.

If you know someone like that, would you send them our way? We have a referral program that gives you $[amount] for every person you refer who enrolls. But more than that, you would be giving someone the same gift you just gave yourself — the chance to build a career they actually care about.

I will send you a referral link tonight. All you have to do is share it."

Post-Graduation Email Follow-Up

Subject: [Name], your referral link is ready

Hi [Name],

Congratulations again on completing the program. Your certificate is in the mail, and your digital badge should be live on LinkedIn by now.

I wanted to follow up on what we discussed at graduation. Here is your personal referral link: [link]

When you share this with someone who might benefit from our program, two things happen:

1

They get access to our program and the same transformation you experienced

2

You earn $[amount] for everyone who enrolls using your link

There is no limit to how many people you can refer. Some of our graduates have covered their entire tuition cost through referrals.

Who is the first person coming to mind that should know about this?

Thanks for being an ambassador for what we are building.

[Your Name]

10. Objection Response Scripts

"It is too expensive."

"I hear you. $[amount] is a significant investment. Let me ask you this: what do you think a certified personal trainer makes in their first year?"

[Let them guess.]

"The average graduate of our program earns $[amount] in their first year. So you are looking at spending $[amount] to gain a credential that produces $[amount] in annual income. That is a [X]% return on investment in year one alone.

Think about it this way: if someone offered you a $5 bill in exchange for a $1 bill, would you say the $1 was too expensive? That is essentially what this investment looks like over the course of your career.

Plus, we offer payment plans that spread the investment over [timeframe]. Would a payment plan make this feel more manageable?"

"I do not have time."

"That is the #1 concern I hear, and it is completely valid. Most of our students are working full-time while they go through the program — that is exactly why we designed it the way we did.

The online modules are self-paced, so you complete them on your schedule. Most students invest about [X] hours per week. And the live intensives are concentrated on weekends, so you only need to block out [X] weekends over the [duration].

[Name], one of our recent graduates was a [similar situation] with [similar time constraints], and they managed it by [specific strategy]. If they could make it work, I am confident you can too.

The real question is not whether you have time. It is whether this is important enough to make time for. If it is, we will help you figure out the schedule."

"What if I cannot find a job after?"

"That is a completely legitimate fear, and I respect you for being honest about it. Here are the facts:

78% of our graduates are employed within 60 days of certification. We have active placement partnerships with 40+ gyms and studios who recruit directly from our graduate pool.

But here is what really sets us apart: we do not just help you find a job — we help you build a career. That includes job placement support, resume and interview coaching, direct introductions to hiring managers, and ongoing mentorship through your first year.

And our guarantee is this: [state guarantee]. We are that confident because we have seen it work over and over.

Can I share a few specific stories of graduates who had the exact same fear and what happened to them?"

"I need to think about it."

"Of course. This is an important decision, and I want you to feel completely confident. Can I ask what specifically you need to think about? Is it the financial commitment, the time commitment, or something else?"

[Listen. Address the specific concern.]

"I completely respect wanting time to think. Here is what I would suggest: let me send you [specific resource — testimonial video, placement data, program guide]. Take a couple of days to review it. I will check back with you on [specific date].

And I want to be transparent: the early-bird pricing expires on [date], which is [timeframe] away. If you decide to move forward before then, you will save $[amount]. Either way, no pressure — I just want you to have all the information you need to make the right decision."

"I am comparing you to [competitor]."

"I am glad you are doing your research. Choosing a certification is an important decision, and you should absolutely compare your options. Can I ask what drew you to [competitor] specifically?"

[Listen.]

"That makes sense. Here is what I would encourage you to compare specifically:

1

Graduate placement rate — ask [competitor] what percentage of their graduates are employed within 90 days. We track this meticulously and publish it openly: 78% within 60 days.

2

Hands-on training hours — ask how many hours of supervised, practical training are included. Our program includes [X] hours.

3

Job placement support — ask what specific support they provide after graduation. We provide [detailed list].

4

Graduate income data — ask for their average graduate first-year income. We survey our graduates annually and publish the results.

I am confident that when you compare us on those four dimensions, you will see why our graduates consistently recommend us. And if [competitor] is genuinely a better fit for your specific situation, I will be the first to tell you that.

Would it be helpful if I sent you a direct comparison document?"

Email 2 — Day 2

Subject: [Name], a quick question about your goals

Hi [Name],

I wanted to reach out personally and ask: what is motivating you to explore certification right now?

I ask because the reason behind the decision often determines which program path is the best fit. Some of our students are looking for a complete career change. Others want to add a credential to advance their current fitness career. And some are simply passionate about fitness and want to turn that passion into income.

No wrong answer — I am just curious about your situation so I can point you in the right direction.

Email 3 — Day 5

Subject: The #1 question every prospective student asks me

Hi [Name],

After talking to hundreds of prospective students, the #1 question I get is: 'Will I actually be able to find work after this program?'

It is a fair question. And here is the honest answer:

78% of our graduates are employed within 60 days of certification. Not because we have some magic formula, but because we built our entire program around one goal: producing trainers that gyms actually want to hire.

That means:

Our curriculum includes [X] hours of hands-on practice with real clients

We provide direct job placement support, not just a job board

We have active partnerships with 40+ facilities who recruit from our graduate pool

Our graduates earn an average of $[amount] in their first year

If you want to see specific placement stories, I have put together a page here: [link]
