1. Customer Service Scripts

Script 1.1: Sizing/Fit Consultation (Live Chat/Email)

Purpose: Help uncertain customers choose the right size, reducing returns and increasing conversion.

Opening:

"Hi [Name]! I'd love to help you find the perfect fit. To give you the most accurate recommendation, could you share:
1. Your height and usual weight
2. What size you typically wear at [reference brand like Zara/J.Crew]
3. How you prefer things to fit — fitted, relaxed, or oversized?

>

Based on your answers, I'll give you my personal recommendation plus our Fit Guarantee — if it doesn't fit perfectly, we'll exchange it free."

After customer responds:

"Perfect! Based on what you've shared, I'd recommend a [Size] in the [Product]. Here's why: [specific reason tied to their inputs].

>

Our fit model is [height/measurements] and wears a [Size] — so that should give you a great reference point.

>

And remember — our Fit Guarantee means zero risk. If it doesn't fit, we'll send you the right size and cover return shipping. You have nothing to lose!"

Script 1.2: Shipping Delay Response

Purpose: Retain customer trust when delivery is delayed.

Email:

"Hi [Name],

>

I want to personally reach out about your order #[Number]. I know you were expecting it by [Original Date], and I'm truly sorry it's running behind.

>

Here's what happened: [1-2 sentence explanation — be honest, not defensive].

>

Here's where it actually is: Your package is currently [location/status] and the updated delivery estimate is [New Date].

>

I've tracked it myself and I'll monitor it until it reaches you.

>

To make this right, I've added a $15 credit to your account for your next order — no expiration, no minimum.

>

If you need this item for a specific event and it won't arrive in time, reply to this email and I'll make it right — whether that's expedited shipping on a replacement, a full refund, or something else.

>

You trusting us with your wardrobe means everything. I'm here if you need anything.

>

[Name]"

Script 1.3: Return-to-Exchange Conversion

Purpose: Convert refund requests into exchanges (retains revenue).

Email:

"Hi [Name],

>

I'm sorry the [Product] didn't work out perfectly. I completely understand — buying clothes online can be tricky!

>

Before I process your return, I wanted to offer a couple of options that might save you time and get you something you'll love:

>

**Option 1 — Different Size/Color:** I can ship you a [Size/Color] today with expedited shipping, and you can return the original whenever it's convenient. No need to wait!

>

**Option 2 — Different Style:** If the fit wasn't quite right, I can recommend a similar style that might work better for you. Our [Alternative Product] has [specific difference] and customers love it.

>

**Option 3 — Store Credit + Bonus:** If you'd prefer to take your time deciding, I can issue store credit with an extra 10% bonus. So your $[Amount] becomes $[Amount + 10%].

>

If none of these work, no problem at all — I'll process your refund right away. Just reply and let me know what feels right!

>

>

>

Good news: I have three options for you:

>

**Option 1 — Pre-order:** We're restocking in [timeframe]. I can reserve one for you right now and ship it the moment it arrives. You'll be first in line.

>

**Option 2 — Similar style:** Our [Alternative Product] is very similar — same [fabric/fit], but with [specific difference]. It's actually become a customer favorite. I can ship it today with free expedited delivery.

>

**Option 3 — Alert me:** I can notify you the exact moment the [Product] is back in stock. You'll get first access before it goes live on the site.

>

Which option works best for you? Just reply and I'll make it happen.

Script 1.7: Review Request (Post-Purchase)

Purpose: Collect detailed, photo-rich reviews.

Email (14 days after delivery):

"Hi [Name],

>

Your [Product] has been with you for about two weeks now — I'm curious, how's it fitting in?

>

If you have a minute, I'd love your honest feedback. Not just a star rating — real feedback from a real person who actually wears it.

>

Specifically, I'd love to know:
- How's the fit? (True to size? Size up? Size down?)
- What do you love most about it?
- Where have you worn it?
- Any photo you'd be willing to share?

>

As a thank you, I'll add [50 loyalty points / $10 credit] to your account — whether you write a glowing review or tell us what needs improvement.

Thank you for being part of our community.

5. Whether you've purchased from us before (personal experience with the product matters!)

>

I'm [Name], founder of [Brand]. We create [product category] for [customer description], and I genuinely think our pieces would fit your aesthetic perfectly.

>

Curious what you thought. No pressure at all on posting — I'm just genuinely interested in your honest feedback. Fit right? Fabric feel good? Your opinion matters to us.

Either way, thanks for giving us a shot!

[Name]"

Script 2.3: Paid Partnership Proposal

Purpose: Formalize a paid partnership with an influencer.

- Content rights: We'd love to repurpose your content in our ads with full credit
- Timeline: Content due [date], goes live [date]

**Creative direction:** I trust your aesthetic completely — no scripts, no forced messaging. Just wear it, style it your way, and share what you genuinely think. The only requirements are tagging @[brand] and using #[brandedhashtag].

>

Does this feel like a good fit? Happy to adjust the scope or discuss any questions.

>

[Name]"

Script 2.4: UGC Rights Request

Purpose: Secure rights to repurpose customer/influencer content.

DM:

"Hi [Name]!

>

We absolutely LOVE the photo/video you posted wearing our [Product]. Your [specific compliment — e.g., 'styling is so fresh and the way you showed the fit detail was perfect'].

>

Would you give us permission to feature it on our [Instagram/website/ads]? We'll always credit you as @[handle] and tag you prominently.

>

If you're open to it, just reply with #Yes[BrandName] and I'll make sure you're featured!

>

As a thank you, I'll send you a $20 credit for your next order.

>

The fabric is [material] which means [benefit — e.g., 'it has stretch so you can actually sit down comfortably']. I'm going to stand up and show you how it moves. [Demonstrate].

>

See how it [specific detail]? That's the difference between our [Product] and the ones that cost twice as much. You're paying for the fabric, not the logo.

>

Questions about fit? Drop them in the comments — I'll answer live!"

Styling Segment (20-35 min):

"Now let me show you how to style this three different ways. Most people think [Product] is only for [occasion], but I'm going to prove you can wear it anywhere.

>

**Look 1 — [Occasion]:** Pair it with [items]. This is your [description] look.
**Look 2 — [Occasion]:** Add [item] and suddenly it's completely different.
**Look 3 — [Occasion]:** Throw on [item] and you're ready for [event].

>

One piece, three completely different vibes. That's what I call wardrobe value.

>

Vote in the comments — which look is your favorite? 1, 2, or 3?"

Urgency Close (35-55 min):

"Alright, we're in the final stretch! I just got a notification that our [Product] in [Size/Color] only has 5 units left. If you've been eyeing it, now is the moment.

>

Remember: LIVE20 expires when this live ends — in about [X] minutes. After that, these pieces go back to full price.

>

Let me do one final walkthrough of everything we've shown. [Quick recap with product tags].

>

Last call for questions! And if you're on the fence about something, here's my promise: Our Fit Guarantee means if it doesn't fit, we exchange it free. Zero risk."

Closing (55-60 min):

"Thank you SO much for spending this hour with me! It means everything that you'd choose to hang out with us on a [day].

>

If you shopped today — thank you, thank you, thank you. Your order will ship within 24 hours and you'll get tracking via email.

>

If you missed something, the replay will be up for 24 hours but the LIVE20 code expires when this ends — so screenshot what you want and check out now!

>

Love you all. Mean it. [Name] out!"

Script 3.2: TikTok Live Selling (30 Minutes)

Opening:

First 10 people to buy something get a free [gift item] added to their order. I'm watching the orders come in real time. Go!"

Product showcase (per product, 3-5 min each):

4. Email Response Scripts

Script 4.1: Welcome Series Email #2 (Brand Story)

Subject: "Why I started this brand (it's personal)"

Body:

"[Name],

>

Four years ago, I was standing in my closet full of clothes and nothing to wear.

>

Everything was either uncomfortable, poorly made, or required dry cleaning I never had time for. I had spent thousands on a wardrobe that didn't actually work for my life.

>

So I started sketching. Not because I'm a designer — I'm not. But because I knew exactly what was missing.

>

I wanted clothes that felt like pajamas but looked like a million bucks. That could go from a 9 AM meeting to dinner without a change. That didn't fall apart after three washes.

>

That's how [Brand] was born.

>

Every piece we make is designed around one question: 'Would I actually wear this on my hardest day?'

>

If the answer isn't a hell yes, it doesn't make the collection.

>

Thanks for being here. It means more than you know.

>

[Founder Name]

>

P.S. — If you want to see the full collection, [click here]. And if you have questions about anything, just reply to this email. I read every single one."

Script 4.2: Cart Abandonment Email #2 (Social Proof)

Subject: "12,000 women bought this last month"

Body:

"[Name],

>

You left something beautiful in your cart — our [Product].

>

I get it. Buying clothes online feels risky. What if it doesn't fit? What if the fabric feels cheap? What if it looks nothing like the photo?

>

Here's what 12,000 women who bought this last month want you to know:

>

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'I was skeptical because I've been burned so many times. This exceeded every expectation. The fabric is unreal.' — Jennifer, Size M

>

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'Finally — a [product category] that fits my [body type] without gapping/pulling/sizing issues. Ordering two more colors.' — Michelle, Size L

>

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'My coworkers asked where I got this three times on the first day. That never happens.' — Sarah, Size S

>

And here's our promise: If you don't love it, we'll make it right. Free exchanges. Free returns. No questions, no hassle.

>

[Complete My Order — Link]

>

Your cart expires in 24 hours. After that, you'll have to start over — and I can't promise your size will still be available.

>

[Brand Team]"

Script 4.3: Win-Back Email (90 Days Lapsed)

Subject: "We saved this for you — 15% off your next order"

Body:

"[Name],

>

It's been a while — 90 days, actually. We noticed you haven't shopped with us recently, and I wanted to reach out personally.

>

Did we do something wrong? Was it a fit issue? A quality concern? Or has life just been busy?

>

Whatever it is, I want to make it right. Here's 15% off your next order — no minimum, no restrictions, just a genuine thank-you-for-being-a-customer discount.

>

Code: COMEBACK15

>

Valid for 10 days.

>

Since you last shopped, we've launched [new thing 1] and [new thing 2]. And our fit quiz — which 40,000 people have now used — might help you find something even better than before.

>

We'd love to have you back. But if our brand no longer serves you, I completely understand. Just know we're here when you need us.

>

[Founder Name]"

Script 4.4: Post-Purchase Cross-Sell Email

Subject: "The perfect partner for your [Product]"

Body:

"[Name],

>

How are you loving your [Product]? I hope it's become a staple in your wardrobe!

>

I wanted to share something: The piece our customers most often buy after the [Product] is the [Cross-sell Product].

>

Here's why they pair so well:
- [Reason 1: e.g., 'Same fabric, so they feel cohesive']
- [Reason 2: e.g., 'Designed to be styled together']
- [Reason 3: e.g., 'Complete the look without thinking']

>

>

As a thank you for being a customer, add the [Cross-sell Product] to your order and get 15% off the pair.

>

Code: COMPLETE15

>

[Shop the Pair — Link]

>

Valid for 7 days. After that, the code expires and you'll pay full price.

>

Questions about fit or styling? Reply to this email — our team responds within 4 hours.

>

[Brand Team]"

5. Objection Handling Scripts

Script 5.1: "It's Too Expensive"

Response:

"I completely understand — $[Price] is a real investment. Let me break down what you're actually paying for:

>

The fabric alone costs us $[X] per meter — that's 4x what fast fashion uses. The construction uses [specific technique] which means this will last 3-5 years with normal wear, not 3-5 washes.

>

At $[Price] worn 100 times, that's $[Price/100] per wear. A $20 fast fashion piece worn 5 times before it falls apart is $4 per wear. Our piece is actually cheaper per wear — and looks better every time.

>

Plus, our Fit Guarantee means zero risk. If it doesn't work for you, we exchange or refund. No questions.

>

Want to think about it? I get it. Just know we only produced [X] units and [Y] have already sold."

Script 5.2: "I'm Not Sure About My Size"

Response:

"Totally normal — sizing anxiety is the #1 reason people hesitate to buy clothes online. Here's how we solve it:

>

1. **Take our 30-second sizing quiz** — [link]. It asks 5 questions and recommends your size with 98% accuracy.
2. **Check our model measurements** — Our model is [height/weight] and wears a [Size]. Compare to your own measurements.
3. **Read fit reviews** — Filter reviews by customers with your body type.
4. **Our Fit Guarantee** — If our recommendation doesn't fit, we'll send you the right size free and cover return shipping. You can even keep both for 14 days to decide.

>

Seriously — zero risk. The only thing you risk is missing out if your size sells out."

Script 5.3: "I've Never Heard of Your Brand"

Response:

"That's fair — we're not Zara! We're an independent brand, which is actually exactly why our customers love us.

>

Here's what makes us different:
- We design everything in-house — no generic wholesale pieces
- We produce in small batches — limited quantities, less waste
- Our customer reviews speak for themselves: [X] reviews, [Y] star average
- We've been featured in [Publication 1] and [Publication 2]
- [X] customers have purchased from us in the last 12 months

>

And because you're new here — welcome! Use code NEW15 for 15% off your first order. Think of it as a 'nice to meet you' gift.

>

[Shop Now — Link]"

Script 5.4: "I Need to Think About It"

Response:

"Absolutely — big decisions deserve thought! Here's what might help:

>

**If you're thinking about the price:** Remember, code [CODE] expires in [timeframe]. After that, it's back to full price.

>

**If you're thinking about the fit:** Our Fit Guarantee means you can try it risk-free. But your size — [Size] — has [X] units left and has been selling [Y] per day.

>

**If you're comparing options:** I'd honestly rather you love something else than buy ours and feel unsure. That said, our [differentiator] is something you won't find at [competitor].

>

**Here's what I'll do:** I'll hold your cart for 24 hours with the discount locked in. No pressure — just so you don't lose the code if you decide yes.

>

Sound fair?"

Script 5.5: "I Had a Bad Experience with Online Fashion Before"

Response:

"I'm so sorry to hear that — a bad experience with another brand makes everyone hesitant. You deserve better.

>

Here's our promise to you:
- **Fit Guarantee:** If it doesn't fit, we exchange free — no return shipping cost to you
- **Quality Guarantee:** If anything is wrong with the construction or fabric, we'll replace it or refund — you choose
- **Photo Accuracy:** We show every product on multiple body types, in natural light, with no retouching. What you see is what you get.
- **Real Support:** Our customer service team responds in under 4 hours. Real humans, not bots.
- **Hassle-Free Returns:** If it's just not for you, return within 30 days. Prepaid label. No questions.

>

We've processed [X] orders and [Y]% of our customers come back to buy again. That doesn't happen if people are disappointed.

>

I'd love the chance to change your mind about online fashion. And if we don't? I'll make it right. That's a promise.
